About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a gipsy soul who loves to wander the earth. I believe we all come into this world with particular gifts and a deeper purpose, and supporting people to discover what these are and how to live into them is my great passion. I love doing what makes me come alive, and inviting others to do the same. Having spent most of my childhood and 20s in the rather confining world of the mind, I'm now learning to live from the heart, and embrace the poetry of life!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The philosophy behind Couch Surfing is something that I have lived by since I was a child because I was raised by an adventurous mother who loved to travel and much preferred to stay with people than in hotels, and in turned, loved to open her home to whoever needed a place to stay. I took after her, though in this current phase of my life, my home is too small for guests.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 28, and doing my dissertation research in Egypt, I took a break and traveled by myself through the Middle East for 5 months. I wandered through Syria, Lebanon, West Bank, Turkey, and Iran. It was a deeply transformative experience that taught me a lot about staying in the moment and trusting the unknown.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to teach people how to meditate, how to learn a favorite poem by heart, how to sit, lie down, bend and move in a way that optimizes spinal health, how to access one's inner guidance, how to work through internal and interpersonal conflicts, how to learn languages, how to build strength and muscles using the minimal effective dose,
I love to learn from the ways people have shed their social conditioning to become more authentically themselves.
