Continue my education as chemist, in topics related to clean energy production and environmental chemistry. I want to have a great time during my journey in this world. Until now I am doing it fantastic.

I am a cheerful man, who likes to have a good laugh. Eating and cooking are some of my favorite activities . I enjoy sharing stories about everthing.

Although my academic background is in Science, technology and new discoveries amaze me. I am passionate about history, music, linguistics and arts. Historic places give me the chills and I love it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to learn about other cultures and sharing my own. I have plenty stories to tell and I am always willing to hear some. When travelers visit my country, I show them the best of what they are interested in, and also places, food or culture that they haven't heard about.

Interests

I'm interested in science, technology, and environmental issues. Also, I like history, mythology and gastronomy, I enjoy understanding how a culture was founded around his myths and foods.

Now I'm learning German and, even though it's difficult sometimes, I love it. I want to improve my german so I can interact better with germanic cultures.

For me is great to walk in nature. It's amazing to see wild animals. I like long bike trips.

Music
I like Rock and some electronic styles. I like traditional music of Mexico and America, such as Son, Bolero, Tango. About music I'm open minded. If you can recomend me a new group or genre you will make me very happy.

Books
I enjoy Fantasy and Science Fiction books. I recently started to explore Terror and Horror genres.

Movies & Tv
I prefer movies that make you laugh, like the Coen brother's movies. I'm a big fan of cartoons old and new, but I'm very selective. I like thrillers and sitcoms.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived a wildfire in a volcano.

Me and some friends were camping in the Iztaccihuatl, a old mexican volcano. Nobody realized that the forest was on fire until night, when the sky was red. We go to a place where the fire couldn't get us, but the smoke was killing us, so we had to run up, to the highest part of the volcano. Up there we could see the forest on fire, and we were frozen.

I am a skillful cook of mexican cuisine. I can prepare traditional mexican breakfast, lunch or dinner.
