I am living and working in Brussels, Belgium for now. I have previously lived in Germany and USA as well!

I work as an innovation consultant. I'm a digital enthusiast and a huuuuuge people-person! I know of no greater joy than conspiring in creating 'aha' moments!

Change is my passion, both the people side and processes. I'm well versed in methodologies like Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking and Lean Startup. I combine them with learnings from the personal development world to support the change and innovation efforts in teams and organizations!
