Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My favourite travelling experience was in Turkey and it began through a random act of couch surfing. It happened during the flight from London, while trying to find a fellow backpacker to share a cab from Istanbul airport to city. A turkish/bulgarian girl originally said a cousin might be able to give me a lift then by the time we arrived I was offered an opportunity to meet the family and see different side to Istanbul away from the tourist destinations. That kicked off a great trip
