ABOUT ME

My name is Joanna,

I'm an optimistic and open-minded person. I like to spend time in an active way, especially with my friends. I like to meet new people and make friends.

I'm always willing and happy to travel. Especially exploring natural areas but also other new and different places I've never been to.

I really like my city (Warsaw). I have experience as a tourist guide and I always enjoy having a chance to show people around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Nowadays I can offer a coffee, lunch or sightseeing tour in Warsaw. I could host you during one of the weekends, during the week I work.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfing experience is not very big, but apart from CS, for 6 years I've been a member of EGEA (European Geography Association). It's a students association that makes possible participating in international congresses and exchanges. Being active there I made many friends and it's a great feeling to meet them again and again during European trips.

I already host EGEA friends. I was also host by my friends abroad on different journeys.

I was also a guide in Warsaw and I learnt a lot about my own city doing it.

Interests

Travelling, reading, listening to music are what I can't live without.
I like to do sports, especially hiking and trekking in mountains, but also some team sports and recently...yoga :)
I'm interested in learning new languages and about other lifestyles.
