To complete our US road trip

ABOUT ME

We're a couple from London, aged 29 and 30, midway through our travels around the USA with loads still to see. We're driving our own car from state to state, and so far have been from the northeast to the Pacific coast, by road and train. Now we're heading eastbound to Florida, via California, the Southwest, Texas and the South.

We love seeing deserts, oceans and mountains - all the stuff we don't get to experience when we're living in London. At home we stay very busy with socialising and soaking up all the culture and life London has to offer. So we're using our travels to see vast landscapes, gawp at vintage roadside Americana, loll in hot springs, drink sundowners overlooking the ocean, make new buddies, eat great food, and enjoy an easy pace where we can take it all in.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're looking for kind, interesting people willing to give us their couch for the night, to swap tales and maybe share a few meals and drinks, and help us complete our journey.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We're new to couchsurfing but have been guests at a handful of homes of friends we've made along the way. It's always been a great way to learn more about a place and we've had fun getting to know locals. Much more rewarding than staying at hotels!

兴趣

At home we write about film and architecture, and love music, buildings, cooking, art and politics. We read a lot, enjoy taking photographs, and listen to music all the time. Our well-stocked iPod has been our constant roadtrip companion.
