About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To visit and meet people in China!

ABOUT ME

I think my friends would probably (or hopefully!) say that I'm a very considerate, relaxed, approachable and reliable person, and also that I always have an opinion on everything, which in other words means that I enjoy discussing and debating things that I often don't know anything about!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will be travelling with my girlfriend to South-West China in July and August of 2011, and hope to meet and explore with locals of and other travelers in the region.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Despite having stayed on countless floors and couches during the last few years since starting university, I am very new to 'Couch Surfing.'

Interests

I am very interested in history, philosophy and politics, and also sport (especially cycling). I enjoy reading and writing, and I am always very keen to learn new things and meet new people with different experiences and views to mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I did was visit Shanghai and Suzhou, China, in the summer of 2009. It inspired me to visit other countries, as well as other parts of China.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can attempt to teach you how to juggle, and how to do a mind-boggling trick with your fingers and your nose. I could also try to teach you some vegetarian recipes, and perhaps some stuff about philosophy and politics. Oh, and I can fix your bike if it's broken!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, China, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom
