ABOUT ME

I'm 19, currently studying in Exeter for a BA in English. But i'm originally from London and absolutely love that city ; it's an exciting place to be. My dream is to travel around the world writing poetry; with more poems than cash in my pockets! I'm a pretty lazy person but interesting all the same, i hope.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't currently host anyone at the moment, as i don't have a place of my own but i will host in the future, hopefully in London, showing all that come a good time! At the moment i just want to meet interesting people when i go travelling in the summer, through CS.

Intereses

I'm very interested in poetry and literature. But also politics, and do enjoy a lively political debate, especially with people who don't agree with me.

Música, películas y libros

Jack Kerouac is a hero of mine and it's lovely to see that his name pops up all over people's profiles. In terms of poets, Allen Ginsberg and Robert Frost stick out. In terms of music, if i was to narrow it down to a few artists i really love i'd say: Aim, Radiohead, Jimmy Cliff, Jimmi Hendrix, Nina Simone, Bob Marley, The Streets and Billie Holiday.

Algo increíble que he hecho

A memory that truly sticks out is listening to an irish folk singer in a hostel in Zagreb; he was just strumming little tunes about our conversations, all free and easy and pure. He was an inspiring man.
