ABOUT ME

I was born in Ethiopia. Grew up there till 10yro. Moved to the states. Lived in D.C. area for a couple of years. Moved down to Austin, Tx. It's been my home ever since. I grew up in a fascinating knit of human conditions back in Ethiopia and juxtaposed with the conditions here in the states. I never took much for granted. Now I have the mind set of both worlds and many more worlds because I have the interest and persona to understand a lot about a lot of things existent and non existent.

PHILOSOPHY

It's better to die on your feet than to live on your knees - a cool quote I read today that I agree passionately with. I'm hard working humanist, internationalist. I don't really like gentrification..that could be argued. I see that we're all nothing but an equation/fraction in the summation of time and space...a dot..a scratch on the notebook. But with all of us working in the problems, we can find the solutions to a good answer...a good point to stand on and shake your fellow's hand or hug. Or just dance together.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now, as a beginner, I want to share my great assets of skill and craft for a greater good outcome. Be it my design abilities, talking abilities or musical abilities. Some group of people out there wherever I may run into them will find good benefit from one of my attributes. I like to keep things fresh and clean and sweet. I think my soulfulness will comfort all that seek such.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just started even though I've been wanting to for a long time. I've been moving around. Didn't really have a big enough space most of the time. Plus I lived in a small ass texas town, barely anyone traveled through. But I did meet and hang out with surfers that stayed with my good friends. So my friends now have rubbed off on me with the surfing.

Intereses

I think what I said in my description and participation will help out with this one. But I do like all things musical and scientific. I like using precision and analog mediums to measure and experience all this little world of ours has to offer. I'm a dj and that's my hobby that keeps me happy. I like also to play music, make films and write fun things. You'll have to hang out if you really want to know.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I've seen a lot of everyday life. I haven't been traveling these past few years. I've been working on my portfolios and schools. I rarely take big trips. But everyday is really amazing when you think about it. My explanation for this could be a book so I'll just keep it at that. It's pretty amazing, all the illusions are here and we're here to make something of them. Hopefully for the good.

Like I said, I can teach a bit about designing a man made environment but I specialize in how to take very little from the beauty of nature to make things more organic of an environment. Going back to the basics. Ridding your mind from the burdens of technology and high maintenance living. More on efficient village focused mentality. I love sharing my musical background with people. I can bring a good vibration of wisdom and passion and art to the table people. You'd like my company cause I keep it real. I don't bullshit. Don't got time for that. Whatever anyone wants to sincerely wants to share with me, that I will learn from as well. Open minds.
