About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living on the road in my 2002 Blue Bird Skoolie

ABOUT ME

I live and work full time from the road. I own and operate multiple small businesses that allow me to be mobile and do not take up too much of my time. Now that I am finally able to host, I look forward to showing others what skoolie life is all about!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe the rejection of society's expectations is part of the search for higher meaning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I met so many great people on the road that shared their homes with me. Now it is time for me to give back to this community that has given me so much.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While living in Denver I took a van trip through Vegas, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon. I had always heard about the site and figured it would be a perfect opportunity to try it out. I had no references and had just signed up to my site but my host took me right in and showed me around his city... it was an amazing experience I had never experienced before and I was hooked from that point on.

Interests

My main focus and drive at the moment is developing as many residual sources of income as possible. In other words, I want to maximise my income that at the same time requires little to no upkeep.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first significant traveling experience I had was studying abroad in Australia. Before leaving the airport I had 3 bags and was wearing new cloths I bought. I passed a guy wearing shabby cloths, only a backpackers backpack, was scruffy looking, and smelled pretty bad. I walked by him wondering what his problem was. Six months later I was that exact same guy walking through the airport to get back home. After giving away or leaving most of my stuff I had one backpack, scruffy, and smelled horrible! After that I was hooked.
