My mission is to live with compassion, empathy towards others, to travel and have fun.

ABOUT ME

I love Colorado and being outside. Hiking and backpacking are where I want to be when it is warmer outside. I have been on many trips in Colorado. I like to run and walk. I've had a life long dream of traveling the world, so far I haven't had much success with that though. Maybe with CS I can change that.
I really want to meet people and learn about other cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything is interdependent and in flux. Being in community is spiritual. I like to help people if I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just getting started with CS, I would like to travel and meet people, eventually make my couch available.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been on one trip using CS. I stayed with 4 different Cser's. Every person was welcoming and a positive experience.

Interests

Health and nutrition. Meeting people and hearing their stories. The Colorado Mountain Club. Helping people. Shin Buddhism. Being in community with people. I like public speaking, I was a Toastmaster for 4 years.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Jazz music, classic and modern movies, live theater. Reading, usually mix up serious topics and something light.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in Colorado has been an amazing experience. I have met a lot of wonderful people on trails.

Teach, Learn, Share

I find I am pretty handy and can fix a lot of things, working with people and finding solutions are great.
