About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travelling, Cooking, Living, Winning

ABOUT ME

I work as a chef on board a classic sailing boat. This allows me to follow my two passions; travel and food. I try to spend lots of my big holidays travelling, exploring the cuisines and debunking the common worry that the outside world is full of mean people. I've CSed in so far India, Bangladesh, Iran, Turkey and S. Korea.

I love to host, but currently am not available because I live and work on a privately owned boat.

PHILOSOPHY

Hedonism/Bi-Winning

Books: Recently I read alot about the non-fiction on the sub-continent to coincide with me travelling the area. Such as Maximum City by Sukethu Methu, Three cups of tea by Greg Mortenson and Bank to the Poor by Doc Yunus. I find them inspiring me to want use all my energy in helping the people of this developing sub-continent. the spirit level is also a sick book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hitch hiked from iran to germany in five days on 10 euro.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love cooking, so spending time in a kitchen learning and sharing recipes from different parts of the world, would be perfect.

When I am in Rio I would love to spend time partying with the world and the cairocas.
