I Love Missoula, MT and the crazy people in it.

I like to drive in the dead of winter with my windows down and the heater blasting at my feet.

oh yeah, and I occasionally get to make movies. what a serious pain in the a**. I can't get enough :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had the pleasure of hosting a few times while going to school in MT. It was a blast and the people I've met were always kind, fun and respectful.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been on and off again with couchsurfing since I lived in Missoula, MT for college and had the immense pleasure of hosting many weary travelers. Now, living in Brooklyn, NY and traveling often for work and play, I'm rekindling my passion for meeting new people in wonderful places, hoping to be able to host again someday when I have a place to myself :)

Interests

Film, Music, Photography, Writing, Good Conversation, Love, and Friendships....all of these made better with a good beer.

Music: LCD Soundsystem, The Black Keys, Iron & Wine, Daft Punk, Cotton Jones, Bon Iver, and pretty much anything with healthy doses of feeling, thought, and creativity involved.

Books: I don't read enough to give any good recommendations, but I do like Dave Eggers, Barbara Kingsolver, Milan Kundera, and I LOVE anyone who can write a fierce short story.

Living in Montana for a good part of my life feels pretty special. What a place, what people!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn how to be more self aware. I want to encourage everyone else to do the same. Be brave, make that first step. "Do something every day that scares you."
