About Me
Noa'ia! Kia ora!
I live in Auckland, New Zealand but I’m originally from Rotuma, a small Polynesian island north of the Fiji islands. I'm currently on the road traveling around Asia and eating my way through haha but why not? I’m a big foodie and I love spice!
I'm a film graduate, photographer, choreographer, videographer and a creative individual. I currently work as an activities manager for a International Language school and I love exploring new lands/culture and people.
I havent used this in awhile like many other surfers out there due to the pandemic but im back and I'm super stoked to meet some locals in the area!
I'm very easy going, clean and respectful.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think this is the best way to experience ones culture through their local eye. Not to mention making long life friends and unforgettable memories along the way. And one day when you're in my hometown whether it be in New Zealand or Fiji, I will be able to host you with welcome arms!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music
I listen to anything that makes me groove. Mostly old school soul, island music, r&b, 90's and early 2000’s.
Movies
Tyler Perry films, indigineous films, comedy, cartoons and horror.
Books
To be honest, I dont read often but when i do, I'm reading a food/drinks menu.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I directed, filmed, edited and produced a short film in my indigenous language two years ago. This was the second indigenous film in my language, the first Rotuman film came out back in 2009.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you so many things!
My language, how to cook our food, a song or two and maybe a little dance.
I’m a student everyday. I think we’re constantly learning as humans and I’m always open to learning new things.
Countries I’ve Visited
