Hello everybody,
we are two girls from Germany and we want to hitch hike from Leipzig to Athen. Since one year both of us are working after we finished to study "Environmental Management". Since we work this is our first journey together and we are really looking forward to it. We can´t wait to see all the countries on the way from Germany to Greece and to meet other people. Our plan is to couchsurf on the way to meet nice people and to really get to know the countries and their culture. Since we are hitch hiking we can´t say when exactely we will arive at a place. We are very happy about all spontanous people who are willing to be party of our journey and to offer us a place to sleep (we have a sleeping bag and a roll mat).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are on couchsurfing since it is the most interesting way for us to travel and to get to know a country. We are always happy to meet people from all over the world, as hosts or as couchsurfers. When we hitch hiked from Germany to Portugal we had a lot of fantastic encounters and experiences through couchsurfing. In the same way we enjoy to offer other couchsurfers a bed and to show them our place.

Interests

We are interested in traveling, getting to know new people, countries and cultures. Thats why we are here :) We are also interested in everything which is fun, in music, in sport, in environmental issues, in beer, in good food...

Music, Movies, and Books

We almost like every kind of music...almost. ;) It depends on the mood and whether we want to dance or just chilling.
One of our favorites are Talking to Turtles, Angus &Julia Stone but there is lot more and we are always open for new music.
We like concerts!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amaizing things we have done together was to hitch hike from Germany to Portugal. We had a fantastic time, met a lot of interesting and lovely people and saw beautiful places.

Teach, Learn, Share

There is always a lot to learn and to be taught. when we are travelling we learn about the countries. we love to share our stories with you and would like to hear yours. we like to cook and eat, laugh, talk about the world...
