We are a couple who dreamed of traveling the world. Eventually we decided that the only way to satisfy our hunger to learn about the world was to make our dreams a reality. We are ready to be fascinated by places we visit, things we see, food to eat and the people we meet . With the luxury of traveling together, we are excited to take the plunge.

More about us individually:

JUDY: I am a Chinese American native to Boston, MA. Most people would immediately imitate the Bostonian accent from movies like Good Will Hunting and The Departed. I unfortunately don't have the accent, but I may possess the grit and street cred. Just kidding! I'm like a scared hamster most of the time. I didn't learn how to drive until I was 28, and how to ride a bike until I was 31. You can imagine how excited and nervous I am about this 6-month world trip!! I am thrilled to see the many colors, flavors and cultures in each country. I like to eat and see what the locals enjoy. I'm a amateur photographer...or more like an Asian tourist when it comes to pictures. I take pictures of everything. I take a photo of my food before I eat it. Then I take a close up of what a food item may look like after I've bitten into it (like a in bun, dumpling, or pastry). Got to see what's inside! Okokokok. I've calmed down now. I think you'll find that I am easy going, laid back and friendly despite my hamster ways. I look forward in meeting you and sharing stories.

VIET: I was born and raised in Canada. The first eight years of my life were spent in Edmonton, Alberta and then I moved across the country east and west a couple of times until my family grew roots in London, Ontario, Canada. My life could be described as before World of Warcraft and after but I like to focus on the other great transition of my life when I moved to the USA for work reasons. I have lived in a handful of places including Jersey City, close to Philadelphia, Washington DC, Dallas, Virginia Beach, and finally Boston. Interests include video games, following various major sports in the US, spending time with close friends, and cuddling Judy. I've had friends who raved about the couch surfing experience and I hope to have the same experience!

Went on a jungle trek through the "Journey of 1000 Leaches" in Malaysia and managed to destroy the Rafflesia flower by slipping on the muddy trail!! ackkkkkkk!
