About Me

I m an actor, specialising in fight-choreography and I literally can t live without sports. (Mainly gymnastics, but also martial arts, parkour and tricking) Food is an essential part of my life as well. I spent about two years of my life in China, where I came to love the culture and the language. I'm currently living in Beijing, where I'm working as an actor.
It s fun to hear about foreign cultures and widen your horizon by chatting with people who are different from oneself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music ranging from musical, opera, classical, rap, hip hop, cross over, Metal, Rock, Hardcore, Industrial, Punk, Latin, Acoustig, Singer-Songwriter, etc.
The only music i m not really getting into is electronical, house and such things.

I love movies with a good story and aesthetics. V for Vendetta, Watchmen, Avatar - The last airbender, Suits, Boston Legal, Archer, Breakin bad, etc

I read a lot of mangas and for books recently it s mainly technical books about writing, cultures or history.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don t like the limitation of one's experiences to one single event. There s no such thing as ONE amazing thing. Also the lack of a common definition about what is amazing makes it more or less impossible to pick one.

But one of the choices I'm quite content with lately: I came to China to work as an actor. And so far it's working out quite well.

Teach, Learn, Share

well, what I do as a hobby, I usually know well enough to at least teach/share the basics.

What I Can Share with Hosts

see the above.
Plus I like to share stories
I'm funny by nature (as all Germans are known to be)
I am quite good with massages
I can show you some fun ways to work out
also - if I got the ingredients and cooking space, I can cook somewhat well :)
