Sobre Mim
I've often been compared to a puppy. I'm an easily excitable person and I love exploring and learning. Something always has my attention until something else grabs my attention. If you have trouble finding me one day, it's because I've wandered off. Usually I can be found skipping, laughing, singing, and dancing my way from one something to another. I fall in love with everything, everywhere I go I want to stay, and everyone I meet I want never to leave behind.
I am an experienced electrician, a hitchhiker, a (terrible) writer, a university student, a pool shark, and so many more things. I am full of surprises and (mis)adventure.
Por que estou no Couchsurfing?
To meet, explore, learn, and find places to stay. I won't pretend I'm not, I mean, the whole thing is literally called couch surfing.
But I will say this, I always try help out around the house as much as I can and I'm an excellent cleaner, I love gardening, and I'm very, very handy, especially with electrical work. I like to work on a small project everywhere I go. Sometimes it's teaching a cat to come at the sound of a whistle, sometimes it's overhauling a backyard, and sometimes it's just fixing this or that around the house. But there's always something I try to leave behind.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros
Top Threes
Dream Theater, The Beatles, and Vivaldi's Four Seasons. I am constantly whistling or singing one tune or another.
Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Office (TV show - yes, the American one), and The Wire. Ok, so I love a ton of movies and tv shows, but these are the ones I've watched over and over.
Herman Hesse, Kahlil Gibran, and Christopher Paolini (I always wanted to have a pet dragon.)
Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz
Well, I once spent an hour sitting in the back of a thousand year old church in Matera, Italy balling my eyes out alone like a teething one year old at 2am while four incredibly old Italian ladies sitting at the front chanted and prayed.
Laugh all you want but it was a very cathartic end to my first experience with culture shock.
Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe
In my life I've learned a great many thing, but only a few worth mentioning...
There is always time to play with animals and children.
When you lose your fear of getting dirty or getting hurt, a great many thing in life become a whole lot easier.
It's not just campsites we should leave better than we found them. The same rule applies to people.
Give. Give a lot. Give freely. Give with love, give with joy, give with pain and give with tears in your eyes. But always give indiscriminately, without judgement, and anything you have.
"Surely he who is worthy to receive his days and his nights, is worthy of all else from you. And he who has deserved to drink from the ocean of life deserves to fill his cup from your little stream. For in truth it is life that gives unto life - while you, who deem yourself a giver, are but a witness." (Gibran)
Always have faith. Doesn't really matter in what, but always have faith, and nurture it with awareness, humility and kindness. For faith in anything will always translate to faith in oneself, and faith in life, and the good in life. There is no better to live than through faith.
O Que Posso Compartilhar com Anfitriões
I'm usually entertaining, only sometimes funny, and a hard worker. I'm fantastic with kids and pets, and I'm full of about a thousand and one other surprises too.
