About Me

I am a storyteller by nature. Listening to people, trying to understand what dwells in their minds, and the struggle to express what dwells in mine, are the main joys I get from life. I seriously believe that the reason (at least for me) to live is to transfer information. And storytelling, the process of collecting new logical structures and undiscovered feelings from others and fusing them with what I have to create something new (and hopefully nice) is my way of doing this. I am also a game developer. I write stories of universes, and physics laws that govern them, and the masses that obeys them, and that all the living and non-living that tries to survive on that. I believe that it is a powerful tool to express what you have.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is an interesting platform, that gathers fascinating people. Most of the people i ve met from this platform are surely somewhat different and has something to share. Compared to rest of the human population, that s a huge percentage. I like people who likes to share. And i am willing to share what i have with those who re willing, and those who re not.

Interests

Stories are my main hook. And since I can deduct a story from mostly any kind of conversation, I can say that I like talking and listening to people. If you know the feeling, when the conversations get deeper and become about more intense and thoughtful topics, you ve been on my homeland. That's where i love to live. I work on game development projects and i ve been training in Aikido for last 10 years. If you re interested in martial arts and their philosophy, it'd be my pleasure.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books; Le Petit Prince, the Wheel of Time, LotR, Silmarillion, Siddhartha... gosh many more, cannot write down all here.

Music; Bluegrass, jazz, country, rock, blues, power metal, nordic.

Movies is also a challenging topic like books. About Time, Frequencies, Star Wars, movies by Tarantino, Kubrick & Miyazaki, Godfather series, the Dark Knight, Seven Samurai, Prestige ... Seriously, favorite stuff list never ends. How can people stop writing here?

Shows; Cosmos, True Detective, Da Vinci's Demons, Lie to me, Marco Polo, Vikings, Game of Thrones, Rick and Morty, Mr. Robot, House MD, IT Crowd, Death Note, Naruto, Tut... I'm pretty sure that i ve forgotten many titles here and there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ve visited Japan to get Aikido teachings from the people who lives by them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share every single thought I have. Everything I have gathered on my mind up to this moment is open for everyone. I d love to learn if you re also willing to share what you have. I am officially allowed to teach Aikido, if you re into that. I regularly play GO, and have a board. We can teach each other, or if you re a beginner and want to learn, i can try to teach. No guarantees though, that s one of the oldest and most complicated games i ve ever encountered... Easy to start though.

What I Can Share with Hosts

i have a huge couch for three, a humble garden and myself. For me, it s always nice to have someone different around, to be able to get an interestingly new perspective. If you re also into telling & listening stories, please, be my guest.
