My name is Wan Ping Chua. I'm from sunny Singapore in South East Asia, but I am ethnically Chinese. You can call me "Ping" - that means ice in Chinese! (Cool, right? Haha.) I recently graduated Asia's first liberal arts college-- this was the place where I learnt to be a little crazy, and I learnt that the world is so much bigger than where I am. Now I'm in a job that brings me from places - from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to Amsterdam, Netherlands! I want to never stop learning, and to never stop moving.

I am a straightforward person, sometimes a little too blunt but friends like to tell me I am honest. If you haven't met anyone from Southeast Asia before, people like to describe us as "shy" but extremely warm and sincere. I like forming deep connections with people, beyond superficial friendships and I hope I find people like that here.

I am a non-smoker, (although there are smokers in my home) and I am up for something active almost any day. Because I get carsick easily, I am always looking for alternative forms of transport.

I am also crazy about rock-climbing, and have climbed outdoors in: USA, Spain, Belgium, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong, Austria, France and am looking to do more.
