I come from Haiti, I'm 27 years old.

I moved to Galway in 2014, where I worked at Galway Community Circus for one year. Then, I didn't want to go back to Belgium so I applied for a job . I got a job in Cork ( Airbnb - Voxpro first then VMware) Now, I have been in Ireland since 4 years... The Irish's craic got me in some ways :D

I worked for VMware (IT Company) for 2 years as Inside Sales Representative managing the Middle East Territory. My last day was on the 1 st February 2019 due to a restructuring plan. So, I decided to have a break and travel for 7 months around Caribbean and Central America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it's a good way to meet people, share experiences and culture.
For me, welcome someone in my house it's not just have a place where to stay it's more than that.
It's give a part of ourselves. I am really sociable and easy- going so, I like to be present for my guest without being intrusive , sharing some meals together, showing around an how I live ;)
I believe this one of the best ways to get to know the culture of the country and simply help people to travel more easily .

The culture is important for through various aspects as music, arts, dance , exhibition, history, literature . The culture is own story , own past and own future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was 16 years old I burnt a sheet of paper in class but problem I couldn't switch off the fire. You can imagine my feeling!! But finally I switched off but It smelt burnt in the class . The teacher stopped the class and ask who burnt something ... I said it's me I'm so sorry. She answered : " Okey Junia, but next time be careful, please "
I was really surprise from her reaction i was expacting to be punished but nothing Really stupid thing !!
