I am an outgoing and enthusiastic person who loves to meet new people and share beautiful experiences with.

I work full time for a big IT company and I am studying International Studies at the OU, but have so many more things I want to do and see. I love active holidays by doing for example language courses, volunteer projects or working vacations.

I am a bit old fashioned and still read my books in paper format.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In recent times I have picked up traveling again and rediscovered the joy of meeting new people from other backgrounds and other countries.

Unfortunately due to my work and studies I do not have much time to travel as much as I would want to, but (!!!) I have a lovely little apartment in the heart of Dublin where I live on my own, so why not share it and still have that traveling vibe going. :)

Interests

I have a wide interest in the world and thus chose to study International Studies.

I love reading (mostly fiction), cinema, music, socializing, traveling, weekends, swimming, gymming, diving, animals, a good few people, dining, a bit of wining, and a little beering.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently went on a volunteering project to Belize, which was my first trip outside of Europe. The project was on preservation of the Coral Reef by doing three Open Water dives to a depth of 60 feet every day.

I immediately fell in love with the country, the people, the food, diving, long-haul traveling, fellow travelers, the South of the US and Angus Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches.
