Overview
About Me
I'm a extrovert person, my friends say i'm always smiley, if i have a problem i usually try to not to transmit and create a negative atmosphere. I have a wonderful daughter who introduced me to CS https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/1003515174/profile (you can check her profile in here).
I'm romantic and sensitive and above all honest, to myself and the people around me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Before i got in here, i was an active hospitable person who would always host friends and their friends at home, my daughter usually says (in very exaggerated way) that i would probably host anyone in this planet without even bother to know that person name before, that's because when i go out.. let's say to do some grocery shopping, i make friends along the way. For me it is natural to talk to strangers on the streets and then establish a long time friendship. Isn't that how we all know our friends?
So, when my daughter told me about CS i didn't think twice, sounded amazing! And we gave it a try, our 1st host experience was absolutely wonderful. I hope that the next ones are as good as this one was.
Interests
I love and respect the sea, i used to live 2 blocks from the beach (in Maceió, Alagoas) and do a lot of watersports, like windsurf, diving or swimming. But things changed a lil when we moved to Argentina 20 years ago, i'm sorry fellas from here but Buenos Aires doesn't have any beach as gorgeous as the ones in Brazil (nice forests but cold and doubtful colored sea water). I say this respectfully, Argentina is my 2nd home in the world and if i didnt' like it wouldn't be in here :P
I also love sports in general, running, volleyball, football, biking and ski, which for this you would love Argentina! La Patagonia is stunning.
Last but not least cooking! I love to gather with friends and cook for them Brazilian cusine or a mix between Argentinean, African (i have a lot of friends from Congo and Angola) and Taiwan (also friends from there)
And DANCING, forro, tango, salsa, samba!

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a lot of SAUDADE (homesick) about my country so i can't keep listening to our "Música popular de Brasil", i listen to Roberto Carlos, Eduardo Costa, Caetano Veloso, Paula Fernandez, Maria Bethania, Gal Costa, Zeze Di camargo e Luciano, Leonardo, Calcinha Preta, and from here Lerner, Diego Torres, Soda Stereo, Los Rodriguez, Vicentico, Mercedez Sosa, Abel Pintos, Luciano Pereyra and since my baby daughter started to sing blues and jazz i enjoyed to listen some of the Ray Charles and BB King records with her, also love Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen, Santana, Eric Clapton and Elton John.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Everything that happens in my life is incredible, i could write many books, i have so much to tell, but to highlight i would say diving when i was pregnant (which i shouldn't did) and spent the whole day sailing on a little boat on Angra Dos Reis, just wonderful! i'm probably iemanja's daughter lol (queen of the sea in Brazil).
But the most rewarding and important experience of my life was to have given birth to a baby daughter, the love of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach you portuguese, to cook typical Brazilian and Argentinean food (i'm a future chef aswell). I would love to switch recipes from other countries and learn about your language too. And share stories and good times.
