Hi everyone!

I'm Edu, I'm from Catalonia (Spain) and I'm 20 years old.

I'm currently studying Communication at Autonomus University of Barcelona and I'm also working there as president of the student council (I have to arrange meetings, organize epic parties and be part of evereything that surrounds students and the University).

I'm a sport lover. I was a professional swimmer at CNMataró. I'm in love with the aquatic sports, but now i'm making a rest of water. I'm trying other things like extreme adventure sport, wich I'm in love to.

I love the catalan culture, Correfoc (Runfire), Castellers (Human Towers, wich I made in my university), songs, drums, etc. I'm in love also with the other cultures and what they can teach me.

I think that catalan and mediterranean gastronomy are the best in the world. I dare you to change my mind by making me try food from everywhere.

And I don't know, I love a lot of things and I barely dislike something!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to surf all the couchs in the world!

Now I'm 20 years old, my plan for the next 10 years is to travel wherever I can and meet as many people as possible.

I want to show my cultural heritage with all my friends in the globe, and I want them to show me theirs.

Ahhhhh, it's to dificult to decide, that I will say say that everything can cause interest on me. I would like to know every detail of everything on this world, I love the idealism of details, but I also like the abstract concept of humanity. I love the music that makes me feel something, without a prefered style, I am very eclectic. I leave you here some groups ans singers:

I love a lot of films, I am a huge cinema fan. Boyle, Spielberg, Kubrick, Trevorow, Scott, Nolan, Tarantino, Burton, Howard, Singer, Bird, Zemeckis, Allen, Von Trier, Luhrman.......... and also another long etcetera.

ANd the books, oh the books! I love books, I fell in love with Harry Potter when I was a child and since the young wizard i let enter my life Rothfuss, Martin, Kafka, Fitzgerald, Tolstoi, Shakespeare, Cervantes, King, Marx, and here comes another loooong etcetera.
