I was born and raised in Chile, but after many years of studying and living a regular life, I realized what would make me the happiest is travelling and meeting people from all over the world, having new experiences and being immerse in cultures different than mine. I may seem quiet at first, but I'm not as serious as I look, and I love to talk and getting to know people. Very tolerant with views and beliefs that are different than mine. Love to help in whatever way I can.

Nací y crecí en Chile, pero después de muchos años de estudiar y vivir una vida normal, me dí cuenta de que lo que me haría más feliz sería viajar y conocer gente de todo el mundo, tener experiencias nuevas y sumergirme en culturas diferentes a la mía. Me puedo ver callada al principio, pero no soy tan seria como me veo, y me encanta conversar y conocer gente. Muy tolerante con visiones y creencias diferentes a las mias. Me gusta ayudar de la forma que pueda.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently saving money to travel as much as I can, so it would be a great start to meet people from other places and even meet up with whoever comes to my city or country, so I can guide them through Chilean lifestyle and show them around if possible.

Por ahora estoy ahorrando dinero para viajar lo más posible, así que sería un buen comienzo conocer gente de otros lugares e incluso juntarme con quien venga a mi ciudad o país, para guiarlos en el estilo de vida chileno y mostrarles el lugar, si es posible.

Interests

I like to read books and comics ocasionally, listening to music, movies, talking about general culture, board games (mostly jiggsaw puzzles), playing videogames, and walking around, which may come in handy if I need to guide someone around the place, hahaha. Also, I would LOVE to get a british accent :( I grew up with the USA one, baw.

Me gusta leer libros y comics ocasionalmente, escuchar música, el cine, conversar sobre cultura general, juegos de mesa (sobre todo puzzles), jugar videojuegos, y caminar, lo que puede ser útil si necesito guiar a alguien a algún lugar, jajaja. Además, AMARÍA lograr un acento británico :( crecí con el de EEUU, baw.

Music, Movies, and Books

About music, I like mostly rock (progressive, psychedelic, grunge, hard rock, some metal, etc), but I also listen to certain types of pop, trip-hop, classical and some chilean folk. My favourite bands are Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, Pink Floyd, Faith No More, Radiohead, Katzenjammer, Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle, Tool, and sorts. I don't have a particular taste about movies, I'll just watch whatever I think I'll like, same goes with books.

Sobre música, me gusta sobre todo el rock (progresivo, psicodélico, grunge, hard rock, algo de metal, etc), pero también escucho algunos tipos de pop, trip-hop, música clásica y algo de folclor chileno. Mi bandas favoritas son Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, Pink Floyd, Faith No More, Radiohead, Katzenjammer, Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle, Tool, y otras. No tengo un gusto en particular en películas, solo veré lo que crea que me va a gustar, y lo mismo va para los libros.
