About Me
Hi there!
I’m Tom, originally from Belgium, but I’ve been calling Montreal home for the past six years. I’ve always loved exploring new places, and at some point I even lived two years in Australia! These days, I split my time between Canada and Europe: I often visit my family and escape to Portugal during the colder months. 😅
I work for an online art school, which gives me the freedom to travel and work remotely…so you could say I’m living a bit of the digital nomad life.
Right now, I can’t host since I live in a shared house, but I’m always up for meeting fellow travelers, sharing stories over a coffee, or exploring the city together.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It’s been a while since I’ve been on Couchsurfing, and I thought it would be great to be back and meet travelers here in Montreal!
I’d love to show you around my city, discover new spots together, and share some good conversations. I’m a big fan of walking, so if you enjoy exploring on foot, we’ll get along well!
Interests
Apart from traveling (of course) and hiking, I also love playing piano in my spare time. So if you’re a musician or love to sing, hit me up! We could eventually organize a little jam session! I know a place in the city where you can play!
I’m also a big coffee lover and will never say no to a good brunch or just a nice conversation in a cozy café.
