Hello couchsurfers 👋 we are Anne and Jakob, two Germans traveling the world.
We've been mostly living in our cozy little van 🚐 since we left Germany in October.
But for Iran we left our car behind (too much paperwork..) so we don't have our usual home with us.
But that's actually great because we can meet Iranians much better!

So far we really love Iran ❤️ it's a very beautiful country and we meet so many nice people, everyone is helping us and wants to talk. And the food is just amazing!

We heard that couchsurfing is a good way to meet locals in Iran and we would love to get to know more people.

We really like rock climbing 🧗‍♂️and we climb in (almost) every country that we travel to. We've been in the mountains near Teheran and it was very beautiful.
When we're not climbing, we like reading, making music, cooking, trying local food, spending time in nature.
