Overview
About Me
I'm an open-minded person who welcomes new experiences and is eager to learn about different cultures and lifestyles around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love intercultural exchanges. I consider myself a good host and I'd really like to start travelling all around the world, especially in the United Kingdom and the US, and chat with native English speakers. I'd also like to practice my German, which I've just started to learn.
Interests
I enjoy different kinds of activities: from reading a good book or relaxing at home to going out to clubs or doing sports and outdoor activities. I like martial arts too. I've practiced kung fu and I'm a black belt in Taekwondo ITF.

Music, Movies, and Books
As a translator, reading a lot is part of my daily life. Two of my favorite genres are fantasy and science fiction. I also like those kinds of movies.
I listen to a wide range of music styles: from soul to heavy metal, including progressive rock and acid jazz, among many others. I particularly like folk, especially Celtic music, and fusion genres.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think the most amazing thing you can do is trying to live life to the fullest. Some things I've done on my trips:
- Horseback riding in Valle de Punilla (Córdoba, Argentina)
- Skiing in Bariloche (Río Negro, Argentina)
- Scuba-diving in Puerto Madryn (Chubut, Argentina)
- Rafting in San Rafael (Mendoza, Argentina).
- Spelunking in Malargüe (Mendoza, Argentina).
- Hiking in Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego, Argentina)
- Swimming in Brazilian waters (Buzios, Ilhabela, Ilha Grande)
Teach, Learn, Share
I was born a teacher. It runs in the family. I've taught English to children, teenagers and adults and now I teach translation at university. I'm also a Taekwondo ITF instructor. On the other hand, I try to learn something new every day. I'm currently studying German. It's difficult but I take great pleasure in learning languages.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As a host, I really enjoy showing people around and listening to what they have to say about the Argentine way of life. I'm good at making people feel welcome and comfortable and it'd be great to help them learn a little Spanish too!
