Hello! At this moment I am studying literature at the University of Antwerp. As from september or october I want to make a journey of 10 months through Europe. This is something I really want to do because I have been dreaming of it for several years and this year will be my first time. I want to learn, explore, see, taste, meet people... I want to wander in another country, culture and thoughts of people. I believe traveling is something that really helps you grow and makes you richer. It is inspiring. I am an optimistic person and love to laugh. I love to hear (life)stories and memories.

I love traveling. It makes me happy and every time I come home, I can tell great stories. If I stay in a youth hostel, I will meet lots of different people, but I always want to meet locals and walk with them trough their region, listen to their stories. I want to make a connection with people. Learning new things is what I really love, discussing ideas and trying to understand each other. I have a desire to learn about one another, about the world, about the earth. I want to learn.

兴趣

I am very interested in history, it is very important to understand and to see things in a wider context. Sometimes it is hard and painful to read about those things that have happened, sometimes I cry. We should never forget the injustice in the world. Knowing history is very enriching.

What I really love is to travel, my mother always told me stories of her traveling. I could listen to her for hours and each story over and over again. I belief that traveling makes you grow, makes you richer. It makes you question things you have been doing and saying for years.

I like all different sorts of music, but what makes me deeply happy is just a guitar and a beautiful voice. And most of the time these songs are very meaningful. I like Eddie Vedder, The White Buffalo, Jack Johnson and also Janis Joplin,... I enjoy latin songs, Jazz, Soul,...

My favorite movies are Into the wild, Yentl, Forrest Gump, The help,... I am also interested in movies about history, and especially about WWI and WWII.

To me books are really important, I have learned so much about life because of them. My favorite writers are Isabel Allende and Marianne Fredriksson. I also like to read books about history, about the injustice in the world, to understand and to always remember.
