I'm an avid backpacker and an independent visual art enthusiast with a photojournalism approach to my work.

I've been traveling on and off for the last two years because I've got the travel bug in me and my passion project requires a lot of traveling. When traveling, I'm usually a little less interested in defining cultures and more interested in finding the commonalities between them.

My first few couch surfing experiences were before I joined Couchsurfing and they were great, and so I decided to sign up over here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For the obvious reason that experiencing a place is not only a lot more fun when it's with a local but I also learn so much about the place and the culture that I doubt I'd find online or in travel books.

I've been traveling a lot so I don't host much but I'd love to host a fellow traveller when I'm home.

Not to brag, but I've got heaps to share and that only makes me feel very lucky.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don't really come prepared with things to share with my hosts but I usually share my experiences from traveling.
Sometimes I share random things like a little photo print from my travel, or my all time favorite / must watch movie list that I'm really proud of :) I've cooked breakfast a few times even though I'm not great at it.
And lastly, I've taught a few of my hosts on how to use their cameras. Now that's something I've been told I do well, and I'd be happy to do again.
