Hi my name is Ting Lin. I'm from Taiwan was born in Kaohsiung city. But currently I'm studying in Taipei. I'm easy going and I like to listen to music. Also, I'm athletic person since young. I like to know the stories from others, maybe from family friends and also from travellers. I would like to get to know the people I met, also the delicacy and natural beauty of place. I always stay positive so that when I encounter something awful I can remain calm and easy in difficult situations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have hosted some travelers and exchange students from different countries with my family, I do really learn from them. We shared some of our experiences and made some food together. We spent our free time hanging out and did some nice trip with them in Kaohsiung. It was really fabulous thing meeting people from different countries in our hometown.

Interests

Go hiking, Do exercise (like five time a week), watch tennis game, and baseball game ,all type of balls game exactly) :P , listen to music and watch movie as well. Travelling through the world and listening the stories from all travelers. I'm in the guitar club of my college, but i'm still learning. Hoping I can bring you guys joy with my music if we have chance!!

I read BBC knowledge magazine in my daily basic to let me know what happening worldwide. About music I listen more slowly songs which make me feel more relaxing but it's depend on my mood ))P.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share our culture and some of my experience about my trip. (I traveled to HK for baseball competition when i was at age 12-15 something, it was long time ago so i couldn't remember what age i was in) And in 2013 I went to germany for volunteering camp. I'll tell you more when we meet! Also maybe I can cook some our cuisine!! I can help with chores too.
