I have been traveling for the past seven months, the majority of my stays have been either Helpx or WWOOF.

I am an avid bike rider, I am your fellow yogi, I'm your homie on the slopes, catch me helping out in the local garden, I'm the dude that you just met and now we're going for an adventure. I love the right kind of spontaneous impulsiveness; when executed in a mindful nondestructive way, I find those to be the best of times.

I'm an extremely laid back dude. I don't care for gay haters or racists, or people that use retard in their vocabulary for the wrong reasons.

I believe in food as medicine, as well as good intentions above all else.

Used yoga instead of physical therapy with a doctor to learn how to walk/run again after shattering my patella. I definitely believe that as long as you have a body, you should probably know how to stretch it.
