I am a disabled traveler who loves to find accessible places to visit and share that with the world. I'm also lucky enough to be allowed to assess locations for accessibility or create content around accessible places as a free lancer. I am an ambulant wheelchair user this means I can walk short distances but need a wheelchair for long distances and standing. (basically everything outside the house) But I do not let my disability stop me from seeing places and meeting wonderful new people.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

To find accessible commendation can be very pricey, I go to different conferences to meet people in the hope to find projects to improve more places when it comes to accessibility and share awareness about that but going to these events and booking accessible locations can be very expensive and I hope by Couchsurfing I will still be able to go and work towards my mission. And hopefully get to know new people and nice locale recommendations.

I would need a locations that has a lift or max 1,5 flight of stairs. I use a wheelchair but I am able to get put of my wheelchair inside the house and walk a little. I am bilingual in Dutch and English.
