21 year old in Roc, NY who can't get enough of the world. I love to travel, see new places and meet new people. I usually travel with my boyfriend and two dogs. We love to camp, hike and do nature-y things (why we bring the dogs).

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I like to travel but I'm pretty poor. Couch surfing allows me to keep on traveling cheaply. I also like that I can stay with locals who can advise me on my travels, take me off the beaten path and help me discover the area a lot better.

Besides that, getting to know new people is always a pleasure. You can learn so much in a single conversation!

Toni Morrison and Gabriel Garcia Marquez are my fave writers. My fave books by them are Song of Solomon and Love in the Time of Cholera.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I paddled in a glass bottom boat in Honduras from one resort to another. It took about two hours but was beautiful. I've danced with the locals, visited the market, and stopped at a random women's home where I was invited for dinner.

That was at age 12. I'm still trying to one-up that.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I am an excellent cook. I will cook for you and you will love it! My boyfriend is big on sports and if you are too you guys can talk all night. He's also very handy and can probably help with some minor repairs.

I'm also pretty fun. I usually travel with dogs, a pit bull and a chocolate lab who are excessively friendly. Sorry, if you're scared of pits, but if you're not you know exactly how loving they can be.

We're a good bunch to have around.
