About Me

I like to travel, a lot! I have spent the last 2 year studying and traveling and plan on continuing doing this as long as I have the opportunity. I am currently taking a bachelor in Development studies, with a minor in Geography, and really enjoy it. Past years I have travelled in East Asia and West Africa and are planning on traveling more through Europe this year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Firstly, I am here to be able to travel more in spite of the fact that I am a student, and I wouldn't always get very far paying for hostels and hotels everywhere. Secondly, I think it is a better way to travel. I have learned through my earlier travels that it is important to get to know the culture and the people - and for that couchsurfing is perfect for!

Interests

On an everyday basis I mostly focus on my studies and music/drawing.
I really like history and art.
I also spend my time trying to learn new languages. I hope to know spanish, french and arabic by the time I have finished my studies.
I also owned horses for the most of my life, and I really love animals.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Wombats, The Kooks, Nirvana.
I am a fan of triologies, I think one movie is always too short. So of course I love Star Wars, Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter and all the normal ones.
My favorite tv-shows are Game of Thrones, Outlander and Twin Peaks.
My favorite book is "A long way gone". I also like fantasy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3 months in Sierra Leone last year, and that has been by far the best trip I have ever had.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very nice, and very easy going. I am tidy and almost overly organized, so I will not make any clutter and I do think I make a good guest.

Countries I’ve Visited

Armenia, Cambodia, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Laos, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Sierra Leone, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Norway, Sierra Leone
