Hey I'm Paul and first of all I love to travel! :)
In 2019, I graduated with a Bachelor of Educationin in "International Teacher Education for Primary Schools" in "Meppel" (NL).
Currently I am living in Santiago de Chile with my fiancee and I am working as a teacher in an international school. I love 🇨🇱 and hope to get around a bit more .

Shortly after my Bachelor graduation, I started studying again. I am pursuing an online MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Balancing my work, studies, and my passion for traveling (while planning a wedding) can be daunting but it is also satisfying in so many ways.

I surely have many stories from several countries around the world to share and I always love to hear those types of stories from other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me the idea of Couchsurfing is just awesome because i really like to meet new people from all over the world and I think it's just interesting to get in touch with different people/cultures/countries/languages and co. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a bit of everything when it comes to music..^^

Well with movies it's very similar to the music part, I like movies out of any genre but when it comes to old german stuff, i start to yawn.. in most cases! :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2012 I went to Bournemouth for 4 weeks (language school) and there I met lots of people from everywhere. With some of them I am still in contact and we visit each other from time to time :)

Why just one? Its hard to pick :D

From October 2016 till January 2017 I have been in South India (Bangalore) to work in an international school as a student teacher. It was an eye opening experience since I was exposed to the very beautiful as well as the very ugly sides of India! Lovely People, amazing food and an astonishing culture! I truely enjoyed it and would recommend to do so many things (staying in the Jungle, hiking in the mountains, swimming in the Arabic Sea, visiting hundreds of different temples and so much more...). Sorry, I just get so excited about it! :)
