I am a happy go lucky individual with a big heart and an eagerness to explore what this world has to offer.
Last year, I made the decision to quit my job and travel through the northern hemisphere. I left Australia on the 26th of December with a ticket to America and a working Visa for the UK. I have no plan, except to go where life takes me and to enjoy every second of it. I have already become addicted to the natural high you get from the freedom you experience when travelling and exploring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have not yet had any couch surfing experince as I am a complete newbie. I have just recently joined couch surfing after hearing other travellers stories of their positive experiences. I hope couch surfing allows me to meet other people whilst I travel so I can too return the favour wherever life takes me.

I am all about the quality of an experience rather than trying to squeeze in all touristy things to do. Travelling to me is about getting to know what it is like to live somewhere. I want local knowledge and local experiences when I visit new places. I hope by joining couch surfing I can expose myself to these random and one off experiences.

Books: Normally Cook Books. Unfortunately I have never had the time to read many books, however since starting my travels this year I have made it a goal to read more books. I am open to any recommendations.

It makes me step out of my comfort zone, taking me on an adventure of discovery, to see the meaning of beauty from all different angles and to create a family that expands across the world.

I believe we all have something special to share, and learn from one another. I always try to learn something from everyone I meet and I hope I can pass on some sort of insight to whoever I meet.
