About Me

Hey there! :)

Well, I'm an Electrical Engineering student, hopefully getting my BA degree by the end of this year.

I don't really know what to say about myself, I usually let people find it out by themselves. :)
I can say that I enjoy meeting new people, I guess I'm a little bit shy at first glance, but don't be fooled- once I get really comfortable around someone I become a real weirdo. :D (in a non-weird psycho way)
Anyhow, I love laughing a lot and friends say that I've got a contagious laugh. I'm a big optimist, positive and cheerful.
I have more male than female friends, and it's a small but chosen group. More like a second family, as the matter of fact.
One of my most favorite songs says: "I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love" (Pearl Jam- Just Breathe) and I guess that fits me perfectly. :)
Obviously, I love travelling. I mean, who doesn't?
Music is a big important part of my everyday life, I love oldies, r'n'r, blues rock but I try not to be too picky and limited when it comes down to it. I just love going to gigs, when it comes to going out I guess that I only go to gigs actually, considering that I don't really have much time to waste it on places that I don't feel like going to.
I love Ireland! Never been there but am planning to after this summer. It's that kind of a feeling like you know you belong somewhere but you've never actually been there. Weird, I know.

So, that'd be it, y'all, I guess you're gonna have to get to know me to fill in the gaps. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find it as an extraordinary opportunity to meet new people and travel.
I believe the whole trip gets a totally different vibe once you get to actually see the place you're visiting through the eyes of their own citizens. Plus, if you're travelling by yourself, a handful of conversation with someone is always more than welcome. :)
You can't do that by staying at hotels all the time.
I can't offer a place to stay at, unfortunately, because I'm a student and live with my family where there's so many of us that a toothpick would barely fit, but I am open to meeting up for coffees or a beer.:)
