About Me

I'm a Belgian born and raised guy. I graduated from a Master in Management in 2014 and moved to Atlanta several days later. Will be staying in the US until April 2015 and then move back to Belgium.

I'm always in for a nice conversation and there is nothing more interesting than listening to somebody talking about his culture.

I always have more plan for travels and consider hosting people as another form of travel, as you may be sure you will have to answer a lot of questions about your home country/region.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always been the kind of person who likes sharing his appartment and hosting people in order to make them discover my country.

Now that I'm in US, I think it should be a great opportunity to visit more of the country, with people eager to love their experience as residents instead of just visiting the tourist traps. I'm pretty sure I will still use it when I return to the "old continent."

Interests

Even if it sounds vague, I'm always eager for dicovering new things. I really like Travelling, Hiking, eating great foods and drinking interesting beverages.

Be sure that upon request, I'm always ready to cook some meal for other people. I hate eating alone!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music in definitely Rock. Always in for listening to groups like Scorpions, Metallica, ACDC, Guns & Roses and all their friends. However I'm quite open-minded and can find some really interesting things in other genres.

I like almost all kind of movies except fantastic movies (but don't worry I still liked Star Wars) and I'm mostly reading biographies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the best experience I ever had was harvesting the grapes in Burgundy. I found there a second family and try to go back over there as often as possible. I have to admit that the quality of beverages helped!

Teach, Learn, Share

Never ask me why I think Corsica is the best place ever, the dicussion might last forever. I definitely know where I'm going to retire!

As a former student in market finance, I can also explain you how to create a perfect economical crisis or why you should go to casino rather to invest your money in the stock market.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am happy to host people in Smyrna. However, I have no car and the place is not realy easy to get to. As soon as I return to Belgium, be sure I can go around with you and show you what I love in my country! (I hope you will like bars)

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In
