I am Melina , I am 29 and I live in Paris with my boyfriend Roland.
We love traveling, meeting new people, taking care of pets...

I enjoy nature, reading , writing, cinema, theater, and lots of other things !
I am a cultural critic for an online french magazine >> BSC NEWS MAGAZINE.

I am really open-minded, always enthusiastic, optimist, and I love life !! For me, happiness is only a point of view ! You want to be happy and live the life you want ? Just choose it ! Take chances instead of finding pretences !

I 'm not a materialist person, I prefer experiencing a maximum of things rather than owning up lots of things ! :)

You have to now that Roland and I LOVE PETS !! We can not live without them ! In Paris, we have two cats, and we are used to do pet sitting (with cats, dogs, parrot, turtle... !) We really enjoy this, and we met wonderful people thanks to this activity, whom became precious friends !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During our world tour, we experience couchsurfing in order to meet new people and immerse ourselves in the lifestyle and culture of each country.
We believe that it is the most friendly and rewarding way to travel !!
We will come back in France with lots of new friends all around the world, what else ?! :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Quit my job and leave everything to travel around the world !!
- Iguaçu Falls in Brasil and Argentina
- Climb the Machu Picchu and the Wayna Picchu by foot at 4am !
- Fall in love with Chile !!
- 5 weeks-road-trip in New Zealand (both Islands)
- Scuba diving in the Cook Islands and in the Great Rief Barrier in Australia !
- Take care of and feed the babies kangoos with a bottle in a Wildlife Rescue Center in Cairns, Australia.
- 2 amazing days in Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea.
- taking a bath with elephants in a preservation center in Thailand !
- turning vegeterian after a food poisoning in Laos.
