Hey There, My name is Bella. I am a German Literature and Sign Language Student. I was born and raised in Hamburg - St. Pauli. I really love animals and the outdoors.

The name of the blond girl next to me in the picture is Isgard. She is 23 years old and studying city planning. She is a very good friend of mine. We have similar views on topics like tolerance and try to make the world a little bit better.. a little bit more social. We hate racism and like the nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really believe in the Idea of Europe and in an open World. As for now I feel like the world is getting back into its shell, people lose themselves in patriotism, racism and nationalism. The only way we can stop this is by keeping an open mind and by meeting new people and exploring the World through the eyes of a child. On couchsurfing you meet a lot of awesome people who share this view and who want to keep learning.
When I traveled through New Zealand I mostly stayed in Hostels, which was fun but I found it very hard to meet and talk to natives. I mean its funny to get to know other travelers, and maybe share the road for some time. As for my next trip ( Israel and the country of Jordan) i would love to stay with natives.
