I'm fairly sociable and curious but have respect for personal boundaries, as I value my own. Socializing with animals and small children comes naturally. I have dogs and cats at home, no children yet. I enjoy casual conversations on interesting random topics.
Artistic and contemplative, daydreaming is my oldest hobby. Outdoorsy, quite strong and determined, I enjoy the simple pleasures in life and have reasonable standards about everything.
My sense of humor darkens when I get upset and I'd rather curse and shake a fist than cry in a corner. But I was taught to be a lady so I'll settle for throwing a civilized counter-remark.
I'm into healthy and balanced living and try not to overdo anything. Too much of something is bad for you and less is more. Is it?

Couchsurfing seems to be all about connecting people, giving them a chance to learn from each other, share their living space and their friendship, making the world become Home, and it's furthest corners become closer.
