My friends have called me an active garden gnome/ social hermitess. I love to be outside, in the woods, hosting friends, or exploring new areas. I work for a small non-profit that works with Elderly folks/ folks living with Dementia. I believe living a simple life is the best path towards happiness.

I think the world would be a much different place if folks had more conversations with strangers. I deeply believe in the power of community and kindness and couchsurfing is a perfect way to find both.

兴趣

On a sunny warm day I am most likely outside hiking, swimming in the river, biking, or losing an endless battle against the weeds in my garden. I love to cook, so much so that any visitor is required to take food home. My friends tease me that coming to my house is like going to their grandma's house, they never leave with empty stomachs. I am always up to have a cup of coffee and just chit-chat.
