About Me
I'm the kind of person who cycles around Europe with a hand-made puppet show in her backpack. And wishes she could use a hot air balloon to fly around every day. I would say that I'm a people person but as I'm always worried to make mistakes when speaking English... It'll take a few hours before you discover I am actually an extrovert - and very talkative! Apart from arts (theatre, puppetry, literature, painting, costume making), I love making stuff, cycling (of course) and all that's related to food. I'm also a BIG tea drinker! My biggest dream would be to open my own theatre. But I also would love to learn how to keep bees, make olive oil, grow my own veggies and recycle all kinds of stuff to be able to be completely sustainable and independent, one day... When I am a grown-up. And of course, make puppets, always more puppets!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I believe this is the best way to travel. What else can I say? I'm so grateful for all the people I've met already thanks to this amazing website. It is the only way to live a unique travel experience, I guarantee it. No need to say that... I can't wait to meet you too :)
Interests
Travelling. Travelling, travelling, travelling. To discover the whole world around us. I love adventures. Challenges. Learning new things. People. And arts. All that can be called "cultural": going to the theatre, museum, opera, watching movies, listening to music... And reading. With a good cup of tea. I'm addicted to tea. I can consider myself a touring cyclist now that I've travelled from Turin to Athens on my little bike. With a puppet show. Because puppetry is my thing too. Oh, and I was about to forget food. I like discovering new dishes (my French side, for sure!). Yes, I'm a foodie!

Music, Movies, and Books
The Picture of Dorian Gray, Oscar Wilde.
1984, Georges Orwell.
Hum. Difficult to know which one is my favourite. That's a difficult choice to make.
I studied literature in the first place and I'm fond of books, so... Let's give you a bit more of what I liked, even if the list could be SO MUCH longer.
Le Rapport de Brodeck, Philippe Claudel.
La Horde du Contrevent, Alain Damasio.
The Master and Margarita, Mikhail Bulgakov.
L'Elégance du Hérisson, Muriel Barbery.
Check-Point, Jean-Christophe Rufin.
Le Petit Prince, Antoine de St Exupéry.
Poetry? Baudelaire. And Corbière.
My favourite play? Caligula, Albert Camus.
Currently reading? Caraval, Stephanie Garber.
I don't think I have a favourite genre of music or a favourite movie. I just enjoy discovering new things :)
