Hi,
my name is Martina, I'm a student of Psychology hopefully going to graduate next year. I live near Moravian Karst, famous Czech natural area with lot of underground caves. I can be your guide if you like to visit it:)
Beside my university studies, I work as a waitress and pastrycook as a part time job. In my free time, I love sports, food (in my ideal world there would be wine and cheesecake every day!); travelling - no matter whether by car, train, plane or hitchhiking and no matter where, but especially in beautiful nature. I'm a little bit shy while meeting new people, but I hope it's just the first impression:)

I've created my profil because I love travelling and I lwant to meet some know people from all over the world. I have an experience that it is totally different situation to explore the city as a regular tourist or with the recommendations or physical presence of the locals. So that´s what I would like to experience on CS both as a host as well as a guest. ¨

I really like the idea of couchsurfing because it is not about just sharing place. For me it is way how to learn from others who has diffrent culture background, language, hobbies and opinions. A way how to become a better and knowledgeable person. Moreover, I would like to practise my English as well.

Interessi

My hobbies include sports, cooking, scuba diving, geocaching, visiting cinemas and theaters, music festivals, singing, listening to music, playing the piano, I tried also play the guitar but not succesfully. I would be happy if you are able to show me some guitar basics:) I love animals and in my household live the cutest ferret you have ever met :)

Musica, film e libri

I like rock, pop, rock'n'roll, folk music, classical, musicals,... My favorite books are fantasy and detective stories, the most favourite author is Stephen King, almost all his books are breathtaking. In my top 5 movies I have the Shawshank Redemption, American Beauty, Hachiko, Forrest Gump and Intouchables.

I went to Camino the Santiago in 2017 (450 km by feet). We can share pilgrimage experience if you have any.
