I love to Ski, Run, Hike, Mt Bike, do Yoga & Dance & play Music. I'm a Personal Trainer, Yoga & Pilates Teacher & Outdoor Guide w degree in Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. I grew up ski racing & went to high school at a Ski Academy in Vermont. I grew up on an small Organic family Farm w horses.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I love to travel & meet new people. My family has hosted several Rotary Exchange students in our home & it it such a great experience living with people from different countries to learn first hand about there way of life. I also have been involved in 2 International Peace Conferences & an International Peace Walk in Japan. I loved these expereices & feel it is a way of making the world a better kinder place thru international friendships.
