Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its a 1000 times better then sitting in a hotel that could be in any city.
Besides the obvious savings which prolong travel, the biggest cliche of making new friends... but that truly the best part of traveling.
The act of inviting a stranger into your home out of the kindness of your heart is one of the most beautiful things i can think of... turning strangers into life long friends overnight, it just seems magical.
There is also the fact that the host knows the best spots to check out and when to go. All around its just better. I'm inspired by the generosity, trust and kindness of hosts, I look forward to hosting back home in portland.

Interests

Film and Photography are what inspire me and what I hope to work in as a career.
Currently Elizabeth and I are working for a company called Veeemotion.
A realtivly new moblie app that focuses on sharing videos while having more control over who has access to viewing them.

I enjoy the outdoors especially swimming in any water no matter how cold and just about every sport; surfing, tennis, golf, basketball, and beach volleyball are some of my favourites.

Teach - I can show you some film/editing techniques, make a mouth watering pesto pasta and how to pour a well balanced drink.

Learn - I'm still learning a lot about film and always will be. Traveling has opened my eyes and shown me the opportunities to learn are endless. i love learning new styles of cooking, yoga, meditation, gardening and painting

Sharing is the embodiment of love... when done right its the best feeling.
