I'm a wine & dine triathlete, love nature, geocaching, social media, blog, enjoying life , travelling, environment, pure food and used to play drums in various cover bands.

I'm married with Natasja. We try to live a sustainable life to live cost saving, making/using non chemical household products, eating honest meat, fresh vegetables mixing paleo, low carb high fat & Wheat belly food style.
Also participate in a cleaner world by picking up litter from the street and dump in a wastebin.
