Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love travelling, meeting people and gaining different prospectives through other cultures and country's. Firm believers of give and take, the world is too beautiful to close our doors to new people and experiences.

Interests

Stefan: After recently traveling I have realized that I maybe have not been doing what I am truly interested in for work. Being in the construction industry was something I thought I wanted to do since in was a child. But I have recently come to a realization that I have not yet found my true excitement in life. I know I want to help people in a way that I am good at yet I am still looking for clues, which is sort of exciting in its own way. I am very intrigued in the use of plant medicine and healing by different cultures around the world. Especially the amazon as we have recently been there. But for now I will keep meeting people and learning as much as I can from them :)
My other interests are playing instruments. I love to collect instruments and attempt to play them, although I am not particularly talented at any haha.
Meditating has become a part of my life over the last few years that has shown me something much more real to everyday life that I could ever imagine.

Philosophy: The only thing constant in this world is change

Jen: I'm currently studying a BFA. I spend most of my time painting, drawing, brainstorming, listening to music, researching into some sub culture or reading some environment awareness forum. When I finish I want to incorporate art and healing into my career and help empower others. I love connecting with people especially children and believe adults could learn a thing or two from unconditioned little humans.. Whitney Huston did say 'children are the future'.... Im also alittle on the sarcastic side. I practice hatha yoga and meditate most mornings. I'm a sucker for good cooking, good coffee, animals, toilet seats, hot showers, a great pair of sneakers, missing teeth, Sci-fi flicks basically anything with aliens, documentaries, leather jackets, conspiracy theories, nintendo, Captain Planet, sailor moon, my cat Frank, sun & moon gazing and travel!!
