Hello everyone!

I'm Omaïma, and I'm from France here in the States doing an internship for a year, I'm teaching French in a high school. I graduated from college back in June 2014 and here I am !

Unfortunately, I'm being selfish here because I can't welcome anyone. I'm currently living with a host family so yeah :(

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Tbh, there are two main reasons : the first is that I did it in Europe, and it was a terrific experience, I loved it! I met awesome people and saw awesome places that I couldn't have seen without the help of local people ! The second reason is that I'm an intern lost in MN who does not know many people here, so I'm trying to find a way to meet awesome people who could show me around and tell me the main things to see in their cities :)

Interests

I'm curious about a lot of thing, but since I've been here I've focused more on languages, museums, nature, just walking around and discovering a new country and a new culture.

I love going to live shows too and party obviously ! My time here is limited so I'm trying to make the most of it !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the chance to travel quite a lot and I think that's one of the best thing I 've accomplished .

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently teaching French here, so if anyone would be interested in learning some French, I'd be more than happy to do that ! Even though I'm well aware you can't master the language in a few days, it could be the start of a new interest !

I can also teach you how to cook Tunisian food, simple stuff obviously, but amazingly good food nonetheless !

I am also learning languages at the moment, so if you're familiar with Korean or Chinese, hmu too !

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share about culture, and food . I'm from France but my parents were born in Tunisia so I have this double identity that I can share.
Also I'm funny, and I can cook, aha
Honestly, I don't know I'm pretty chill, curious about a lot of things and I don't take too much space!
